They have changed their minds a few times today
Latest is you can not go out of your health area if your province has not fully been moved into Phase 1 unless for exceptional reasons but they have not yet published the reasons
This morning you could go to an adjoining health region as long as it was in the same Phase as the one you resided in
Also only 2 in a car unless from the same household is the rule and the passenger must sit in the rear opposite side to driver both have to have masks
