We must insist that it is kept factual to personal experiences rather than hearsay though.

My only issue is where, for example, the other day I read a name and shame about a window company where someone went on about how bad they were on an installation that was 4 years ago and they only just decided to complain and didn't even give the company the opportunity to fix it. The first they were aware was on the name and shame site

So this sort of issue needs monitoring and would increase our workload.

I'm all for name and shame .
Especially here in Spain.
It's has more than it's fair share of Shysters.
By the way , Michael , I've been with several insurance companies here . And I have found Mapfre to be a good company to deal with .
