Just read on social media , that all bars / restaurants in the Valencia region are closed from midnight tonight .
Normally , I would dismiss this as scaremongering, but apparently this has been announced on the Facebook police page N 332.

The entire Valencia region now .
That's going to knacker Benidorm.
I've a friend who flew in last night , for 2 weeks .
She's going to see about a flight availability to return to the UK s.a.p.

Michael - do you ( like many , I've spoken to ), think that Spain is over reacting to this virus ?
Given the now " 15 day lockdown" that has been thrust upon us .

There are certain age groups that don't have to worry about this but others that do.
So unless you want to kill off the aged and the unwell I would stay home and add on the advice given.

Yes ! Not that we have much choice now , with everywhere closed.
I went into mercadona, San Luis this morning , to stock up on water .
I would estimate about 400 people in there.
I couldn't get parked in their car park.
25 minutes queuing in the checkout line , before getting out of the place.
