If he does not get an extension then the last 8 weeks have been for nothing .Spanish friends of mine and who follow events far closer than the average Ex-Pat are terrified of a second wave and a return to the state of 'Alarm'.
Me I am in favour of a gradual reduction of the restrictions another 6-8 weeks of pain will not do that much harm if you consider the alternative

Just to clarify I thought the the initial lockdown was a massive over reaction but now having suffered 8 weeks of pain which as cost me my business I just feel we may as well stick with it now .To go back to March 13th now would simply made a mockery of the original decision.
I have been one who as agreed with many of your posting re COVID 19 but on this occasion we will agree to differ

Now here is a post I totally agree with.the UK media have been disgraceful in their approach to reporting this on going story.Sensationalism at its best.lets us not praise the efforts lets just be critical about everything,lets us just darken the nations mood and put our spin on things .
The two most popular words in the last 8 weeks in the media ' could' and 'might' in other words we don't have anything to write so we will make it up
