We're with OLE after having 4G data SIM. I must say it's been pretty good but has slipped a bit since they upgraded us to 300 but still getting about 200 so not at all bad.

Aerial on roof? What's that got to do with fibre?

Well I can only speak of my personal experiences. We live at the end of our urb and it's not within the area that was originally cabled for fibre but they ran some 2 to 300 metres of cable to us and then from the street to our house which is another 30m and then within our internal trunking to where I wanted the box. He was there most of the day for zero installation.

They answer my emails within a few hours and sometimes earlier and the service has not gone off once in the 6 or 7 months I've had it.

So for my they are great

Well as long as everyone is happy but fibre does not use an aerial.

Aerial on the roof could be for home telephone .
Also, some internet providers are advertising fibre from a small line of sight dish, the fibre bit is the line from the dish to the property very much like Telefonica/Movistar were offering a few years ago
