In our household, the name OLE can’t be said unaccompanied by a spitting gesture. We were perfect customers but then THEY messed up in accounts by claiming our direct debits weren’t coughing up. They were going from our account. But sorting it resulted in several visits to our bank. As so often, it was their mess but our fix at our time and expense. I gave them a mouthful and before I reached the pavement, they had deleted my account. OLE are pure bred bastards. Treat their customers like serfs.
Well I can only speak of my personal experiences. We live at the end of our urb and it's not within the area that was originally cabled for fibre but they ran some 2 to 300 metres of cable to us and then from the street to our house which is another 30m and then within our internal trunking to where I wanted the box. He was there most of the day for zero installation.
They answer my emails within a few hours and sometimes earlier and the service has not gone off once in the 6 or 7 months I've had it.
So for my they are great
