Ok So my Amiko Alien 2 is seeing better times.

It's still working but I've lost the screen and the remote is not responsive at all. So I'm looking for a replacement.

My wish list must have..

Pick up Sky satellite channels or Freesat. We only use it to watch the main fta channels like BBC ITV etc but must be HD

EPG for at least a day preferably 7

Recording to HDD. We currently use 160gb external USB drive for this. Also to be able to watch while recording as we have a twin LNB feed.

If it could also take the place of my Android TV box which I use for IPTV that would be good but only if we can use IPTV while recording satellite TV so might be better keeping that separate unless I'm convinced otherwise.

Anything I've missed?

I would look at the Humax range you will find what you need there also they offer reconditioned boxes
