Just so you know...
I asked Michael if he could "consider the repetitiveness of the content"
I didnt consider the continuous posts about conspiracy theories and how bad governments are over and over with the same overall theme was productive and people emailed me to say it spoiled the diversity of the conversations.
While I appreciate the subject is very relevant at this time, even I felt it was post after post of the same old thing. If the posts were added to existing posts on the same subject this wouldnt be so bad.
Having asked very nicely he hasnt been back since but the threads have diversified a little!

All posts should be allowed that do not break house rules
Posters should not be discouraged from posting unless there is evidence of their posts damaging the forum in some way which has not been identified by the administrator apart from saying it had repetitive content--
keep posting Michael----

For the sake of clarity this is what I asked...NO censorship just a polite request!
"Hi Michael
While I appreciate your contributions to the forum could I ask you to consider the repetitiveness of the content.
Everyone has a view and everyone is entitled to that view but please don’t just “go on” about this post after post.
This is not just me that has mentioned this and I am writing to you personally so its not aired on the forum. Lets have a little diversity!
Thanks!
Best Regards,
Mark N Johnson"
Reply
"Thanks Mark,
It seemed to me that I had mostly support and everyone had the opportunity to voice their opinion. If they choose not to do so through the forum, how can I be responsible? Anyway, okay, Facebook and VK are far more user-friendly and much less censorious. Mike "
My reply
"Hi Mike
No censorship just the posts all seem to be the same and it was getting monotonous that’s all.
Best Regards,
Mark N Johnson"
I thought I was polite and was in no way trying to stop him posting. If Michael thought this was "censorious" then he should have read my email more clearly. I asked if he would "consider the repetitiveness of the content" Which to me implies it would be HIS choice.

You did nothing wrong, Webmaster....but if some fellow members feel impelled to complain directly to you about other members offerrings...then I wonder what sort of members we have...(disappointing to say the least!!)
I second that however I will add that complainers should not be catered to by Admin unless house rules have been broken or there is likely to be damage to the forum in a way that should be explained---the miserable complainers are more than likely people who do not contribute anything to discussion to the forum but just lurk with a view to causing disharmony. Similar disharmony is happening in other places so this needs to be stamped on,
