I haven't used butter or margarine for years .
I use the soft cheese spread from Mercadona.
It's worth googling margarine .
Makes horrific reading.
I never knew it make up was so close to plastic .

Full slab in the microwave for 8 to 10 seconds and it spreads just fine. Reduce time for less than a full slab.

it is butter, with addition of a little rapeseed oil...Spreadable from the fridge.
I have been in all the Aldi stores round here and never seen NORPAK

I don't and Norpak maybe only sold in UK Aldi not Spain
